Please report non-delivery after 10 days of placing the order and IT MUST BE before 30 days. IF over 30 days there is nothing we can do to find your parcel, refund for the goods, or anything, it is down to you to let us know of a problem If an item needs replacing please phone 07979005798 or e-mail, so we can make arrangements.
If the goods are faulty the goods will be replaced free of charge or for a full refund if sent back within 30 days of you receiving the goods.
If the goods are ordered in error we will refund the goods in full but we can not refund the carriage if sent back within 30 days of you receiving the goods..
If you no longer require the goods that you have ordered you can return them within 14 working days, that begin on the day after you have received the goods. We cannot refund the cost of the postage. This is your right to a cooling off period. We will refund your money within 30 days of us receiving the goods. Please when sending the goods back get a Proof of posting or even insure the goods in case it gets lost.
