We had wanted to start selling this autumn, which would have been the first season for the trees to bear. However, the severe frost just after Easter killed off a lot of the flower buds. Although there may be a few apples this year, we will not have sufficient to make it worth opening our on-line purchasing. You will have heard that this frost has affected the vineyards in the SouthEast. There has been little publicity about how it has affected other fruit but it certainly hit our apples hard. C’est la Vie
We sell the apples in 5 kg. boxes containing about 25 apples for £ 5.00 inc. VAT. We can either ship by courier (to UK addresses only) for £6.00 per box inc. VAT or we offer a “Click and Collect” service where you can buy online and collect from the orchard. While you are welcome to visit us (by appointment only please), we cannot guarantee that we will have the varieties in stock unless you have bought in advance from the website.
We do offer a “Full Monty” package with a £1 discount per box for customers who purchase a box of all of our varieties booked and paid for in advance.
